How does Storage work?

Storage is a service where items are picked up from your location, stored securely, and returned partially or fully on request.

Your items will be stored at one of our storage facilities in Wembley, Stoke Newington, or Holborn — depending on availability and proximity to your location. Please note that daily access is only available if you book a self-storage unit.

Yes, we can store your furniture, including loose and unboxed items, as we’ll collect everything from your location. However, please note that unboxed items can make it more challenging to use the storage space efficiently. We cannot store any dangerous or prohibited items.

We offer both:

Self storage gives you direct access to your own storage unit — you drop off, organise, and retrieve your items whenever you like.

Storage services offer a more convenient option: we collect your items, store them securely, and return them to you on request. You don’t need to visit the storage facility.
